Alaska Northstar Federal MilPDS Award

We’re excited to announce that Alaska Northstar Federal (ANF) has been awarded a new $9.3M contract supporting the migration and modernization of the Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS). MilPDS is a mission-critical, DSP: Oracle E-Business Suite Suite (EBS)-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) serving as the authoritative data source for Department of the Air Force (DAF) and Space Force personnel. Under DAF cloud migration mandates, the Human Resources Systems Division (AFLCMC/GBH) is migrating MilPDS to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to improve accessibility and scalability, enhance security, increase reliability and availability, and reduce hosting costs.

Through this opportunity, ANF will provide end-to-end support for the design, implementation, testing, migration, and operational sustainment of enterprise systems within OCI environments. Our team will deliver cloud environment assessments and migration support, strengthen system availability and disaster recovery capabilities, validate system performance, ensure compliance with DoD IL4/IL5 security requirements, modernize legacy interfaces through secure REST APIs, implement DevSecOps pipelines, and support continuous risk management using Agile best practices.
