Contracting with
Alaska Northstar Federal

Alaska Northstar Federal (ANF) offers government clients a direct, efficient, and compliant path to securing high-quality technology and professional services. As a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and SBA-certified 8(a) subsidiary of Shee Atiká, Inc., ANF provides multiple streamlined contracting vehicles, including ANC 8(a) Sole Source and options.

The direct award vehicles are designed to help federal acquisition teams reduce procurement timelines, minimize risk, and meet small business and socio-economic contracting goals—while gaining access to SHF’s proven capabilities in cybersecurity, and advisory and assistance services.

ANC 8(a) Sole Source Contracting

• Non-Protestable Awards: ANC sole source contracts cannot be protested (13 CFR 124.517), reducing pre-award risk.

• Unlimited Contract Ceiling: Award up to $100M without Justification & Approval (J&A) and more with J&A (48 CFR 6.303-1).

• Direct Negotiations: Engage with ANF early in the acquisition process to shape outcomes aligned with mission needs.

• Meets Small Business Goals: Credit toward 8(a), small business, and Native American-owned business goals.
